Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Booking and Payment:
All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance to secure your place.

Cancellations:
If you are unable to attend a session, you must give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled (subject to availability) or credited toward a future session.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.

No-Shows:
If you fail to attend a booked session without prior notice, the session is considered missed, and no refund or credit will be given.

Tutor Cancellations:
If for any reason I need to cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
